Shipping

We do our best to dispatch all orders within two working days of receiving them. However, we are a small team and everything is handmade so, if on some occasions we do not quite manage this, please bear with us.

The cost of shipping will depend on where you are in the world:

UK delivery

Free of charge – untracked service.

Under current Covid conditions, please allow up to 7 working days from dispatch to delivery.

EU delivery

£7.00 – untracked service.

Under current Covid conditions, please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch to delivery.

Rest of the World delivery

£10.00 – untracked service.

Under current Covid conditions, please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch to delivery.

Please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes or processing fees applied to international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs clearance.

We are also not responsible for delays on any orders caused by incorrect address details given by the customer.

Shipping is something we regularly review – any savings we are able to make will be passed on to our customers.

Returns

All our products are handmade from entirely organic and natural ingredients – as such, they can vary slightly from batch to batch in terms of colour and scent. This is perfectly normal.

If you wish to return a purchase, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving it, quoting your order number and explaining the reason.

We are happy to refund any purchase that is returned to us unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 14 days of notifying us. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of return postage, unless an order was sent to you in error. We are also unable to cover the cost of any import or export duties applied to any returns from outside the UK.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds on any product that has been used or opened.

In the event that your purchase has been damaged in transit, please provide us with photographs so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
